Cheapest Android Phone

I'm looking for the absolute cheapest Android phone I can get.

I'm really only wanting to download a few Android-only apps (e.g., Google Live Transcribe), so it doesn't need to be able to do much else.

I can find the Optus X Start 4 at $50 from Optus, but I'd ideally like to pay as little as possible. I know I've (rarely) seen some clearance ones for less before, so I'm wondering if anyone knows of any super budget or clearance offers for literally any kind of Android.
