My cashback for Under Armour transaction (around 20%) for Blackfriday got tracked immediately, and then declined immediately in under 1 week. I have used CR couple of times and have no issue with getting the cashback so I know what I am doing.
I have raised this issue to cashreward, it took ages for them to reply.
After 2 email changes, they started investigated and escalate to Under Armour.
Finally, a reply email come today, CR said "they did everything they could to obtain cashback, but UA has reported to CR that UA have not been attributed to your purchase, which means that another marketing channel has received commission for the sale instead of CR. Unfortunately, CR has not received any payment that can be passed to you"
How is this possible? I did not use any other cashback or additional tracker on my device.
can CR / UA provide definite proof for this?
Does anyone has this problem before? Thank you
