    yeah you can get 2.5g ones as well I would go for those they arent' that more experience some are like 20 to 25 bucks.

    I got a similar Belkin adapter, and was willing to pay rather more, because it had the obvious advantage on a phone/tablet/whatever with only one USB-C socket that it did both ethernet out and PD power in from a charger. It seemed likely to be useful to be able to do both at the same time.

      Good call there. I have a USBC and USB A of this type to add 2nd NIC to my pc's and reseve that for hyperV machines that are on another network, they are suprisingly great for that! But when it comes to getting wired lan onto a mobile device, you're right, power is a concern if it is a single USB C, or you need for something else.

      Found this one I might give a go for $17.99 https://amzn.asia/d/avqWSvj it has a power input and a single usb port which may open up other options like a logitek kb/mouse receiver.
