Cheaper elsewhere. No bargain here. Post needs more emojis.

Edit - I see you got caught for sox too.

Your comment is neither fair nor reasonable.

Our brand is premium and consistently receives 5-star reviews on Amazon, unlike the unbranded AliExpress product you mentioned, which has no reviews.

Our product is delivered within 2–5 business days from our Melbourne warehouse, with full tracking provided via Australia Post. In contrast, AliExpress delivery times are much longer, often taking weeks, if not months, to arrive from China.

Even after applying our discount, our price remains highly competitive in the market. It’s only slightly higher than the AliExpress products you linked, despite the superior quality and service we offer.

Our baby socks product is actually very popular on OzBargain. We received heaps of orders within hours of the post being published, until it was unfairly sabotaged by comments like yours. Good job satotaging good products!

Ozbargain isn't a website for free advertising.

        Our brand is premium

What does that even mean? You don't have any products or brand, you sell the exact same AliExpress stock for many times the RRP… then offer arbitrary sales. There's no reality where these cheap quality socks are $39, except your fake markup. Hence you're able to discount them to $9.99.

        https://www.hikesea.com.au/products/ola-koala-5-pairs-socks-…

You can't even be bothered to take your own product photos, and use the same stock AliExpress ones and lazily add your watermark on them. That's what Shopify dropshippers do, not "premium" resellers. In fact your whole website is just bulk-purchased items from AliExpress/AliBaba/whatever network you use with huge markups.

You keep saying Melbourne warehouse, but have a Granville NSW location listed on your website. Which coincidentally doesn't seem to have you registered at that location and hence more dropshipper vibes.

There were 25 clicks on your link above, doubt you got "heaps" of orders based on that click-through. In fact, you've been trying to offload these for a while, doubt many are buying them up. Plenty gullible people on Amazon for sure, but this isn't the place for free advertising.

        Edit: They're $0.21 a piece if you order 5 pieces…. Even less in bulk… https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Comfortable-Thin-Cott… - That's crazy margins trying to pretend they're $39 RRP.

What superior quality you offer over the AliExpress socks? It’s the same product.

Cheaper as per above from AE. Again.

Your store's previous deals have been very poorly received.

Also how many accounts do you have? One was banned for sockpuppeting, who's comment history sounds suspiciously similar to your rep Raymond.

Your comment is neither fair nor reasonable.

lol. Grow up. You are not the arbiter of what is “fair” and what is “reasonable”.

1: they are AliExpress socks. You buy them in bulk out of China and have a Shopify store. Just like all the other “mumpreneurs”

2: No one asked and no one really cares.

3: Yeah, nah. They are socks. They are not kidney dialysis machines. I’m sure people don’t care about price all that much.

4: oh this old “I sold thousands they were so popular… we sold out!” nugget. You had 294 click-throughs to your website on that last deal. Sales translations are usually less than a 10% conversion from clicks… even at a generous 10%, that’s still only around 30 sales. (Truth is, it’s probably closer to a 1~2% click to sale conversion rate… so probably closer to 3 or 4 sales)

No one is “damaging” good deals… good deals would have people upvoting it and words of praise, yours has the opposite, so much so that you make other accounts to sockpuppet your posts to artificially inflate the votes and comments.

The irony of a sock retailer making sockpuppet accounts is certainly not lost on me.

Anyway, I’m “negging” based on “issue with retailer” being that they have made accusations against users here “damaging” their posts and for their repeated attempts to “sockpuppet”. (InB4 threats of defamation come flying in)

Take it from stores like Pepnimble and UGGs Aus, a closed mouth gathers no foot. You are doing yourself, nor your store any favours by aggressively engaging users on this site in this fashion. This site never forgets.

Lol no they aren't. This isn't a good deal at all.

THEY ARE THE SAME SOCKS. Don't take us for fools. You won't win.

Our brand is premium and consistently receives 5-star reviews on Amazon

Who cares? If those reviews are how you conduct yourselves on OzBargain by creating fake accounts to promote your business by pretending you were not associated (like the many times you got caught out in the past) there is a high likelihood those reviews are fake.

And they are baby socks, who gives a stuff about reviews? You buy them in bulk from China and sell them here for a massive markup. We weren't born yesterday.

Negging due to cheaper elsewhere as outlined above. Previous history of 🧦 puppeting not ideal either

We’ve just started promoting good deals on OzBargain and are not yet fully familiar with the rules. We’ll be more mindful moving forward.

You aren't familiar with not creating fake accounts pretending you are not the business? Lmao, you are the gift that keeps on giving.

    Cheaper elsewhere my guy.
