    Do you guys have ABN?
    Any plan to host in AU if so would customers allowed to transfer location with same price?
    Do you allow SSH access? Do you support multi-site / subdomain under 1 account?

      Our next immediate plan is to have a location in Los Angeles, US as it'll be closer to Australia while still being attractive to international customers. An AU location will take time if we do it. Can't make any promises regarding pricing either since costs will be more expensive here.

      SSH access is enabled for all plans. Multi-site will not work with subdomains though since WP Squared doesn't seem to allow creating wildcard subdomains which is required for WP Multi-site

    Never had a website before but was I wanting to set up a simple shop website in a few months to sell a couple of specialist items, is this $5-a-year a good deal?

      Yes, it's pretty good for the price.

      Just need to learn how to use woocomerce inside of wordpress which can be a challenge if you aren't computer savvy. But you can watch some tutorials online and get it working pretty quick.

      I have convinced a lot of people to the go the WooCommerce route over Shopify, and yes, there is a decent learning code to make a site look excellent (but mostly GUI driven), but once you have it under your belt, it ends up being a hell of a lot cheaper.

    Apologies for the newb question, but….
    I have a Wordpress site that I recently changed to a free account because it was too expensive and I wasn't really using it. But this deal seems alright.
    I've paid my domain up until 2033 (to get around a price hike), and I have an email address through that domain. What would I need to do to take up this Wordpress hosting offer but keep the domain and the email where it currently is?

      Hey! You can select the option "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" when purchasing the hosting plan and simply add an "A" record to your domain's DNS pointing to our server IP. The exact steps will depend on where you've bought the domain from, but our team can help you out with it if you open a support ticket after buying the plan.

        You can select the option "I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers" on the Choose a Domain page and enter the domain you're planning to buy. Make sure the domain is available first though.

        If for some reason you end up getting a different domain later on, open a support ticket with us and we'll change the domain on your hosting account for you.
