Wanbo T2 Max New Projector Query

Hi,

I recently bought a budget projector to watch some movies and some gaming.

I bought the wanbo t2 max new.

It did what we wanted… For 2 days….and then stopped projecting. I can see the image inside the projector, upside down and backwards, but nothing projecting externally.

Just wondering if anyone knows what the issue could be. Support couldn't sort it out, and are refunding me.

Just wondering if it could be repaired or whether this is a lesson in being cheap!

    You bought a 3.5 star rated (on Amazon) projector is the issue.

    I highly recommend looking at The Hook Up channel on youtube for projector recommendations as a starting point. https://www.youtube.com/@TheHookUp

    The issue with the projector could be about anything - broken bulb, mobo issue, power supply

      To be fair the reasons for low reviews are mostly bs. Low brightness outdoors during the day (durrrrr), it's not battery powered (not mentioned in the specs), inbuilt OS is laggy (fair, runs Android 9.0) and it's made in China (lol).

      Their proper Android TV projectors are pretty good value for the money and the newer Mozart home cinema projectors are particularly good. I think OP just has a dud.

      I mean, if the OP can't even suss out a dead bulb, (the most common issue) surely ALL tech is way beyond their capacity?
