Get on to this quick as only 70 SOL of rewards. Decided to market trade so I don't miss out. full amount is 1.5 SOL… lol. there is an update out, so probably want to do that if on mobile.

How to Participate:

Join the campaign by clicking "Join now" at the top of the page

Tier 1: Trade $200 total in either SOL/AUD or XRP/AUD | Get 0.1 in SOL

Tier 2: Trade $500 total in either SOL/AUD or XRP/AUD | Get 0.2 in SOL

Tier 3: Trade $1,000 total in either SOL/AUD or XRP/AUD | Get 0.4 SOL

Tier 4: Trade $5,000 total in either SOL/AUD or XRP/AUD | Get 0.8 SOL

Note: Only valid on Exchange Mode. Rewards may take up to one hour to be credited to your account after completing the tasks. The maximum reward of 3 SOL is limited to the first 10 participants who reach the highest reward tier. A total of 70 SOL in rewards is available on a first-come, first served basis.

Would say this is done…. trade carefully, eg each tier, $200 —> $500 and see if you get a reward in five to ten minutes. They are not good with tracking the tasks quickly like most sites.

        Limit sell, cost me less than $27 in fees. Market sell was a crazy $100 trade fee. Sold back to AUD and it's back in my bank account with PayID

        You could probably do $2500 buy and $2500 sell in the same pair but didn't want to risk it.

        No. If you had traded $5000 in one single transaction before all rewards were exhausted, it would have met all 4 tiers at once and you would have been credited 1.5 SOL in 4 emails/credits as was the case with me.

      I just did it in the "trade" tab in app, in chart mode (with all the candles). Make sure you join the campaign before executing your trade.

          Yes correct. Ordinary income for the value of Solana received - ~$500.

          I sold it for less $500 due to fees so I would have a small capital loss. If it was sold for exact amount the capital gain/loss would be $0 as selling price would have equal the cost base.

          Are we even sure the free SOL attracts CGT? Could be characterised in the same way as a "promo" much like a gift card from JB for signing up to a phone plan for example. Any gains on liquidating/trading are of course subject to CGT

      there were only 70 sol of rewards. claiming most of the tiers is 1.5 sol per user. So under 50 users getting 1.5 or various other distributions.

        My orders did track 3 minutes before the end of the campaign and it says "Claimed" but I haven't been credited the SOL yet .. ._.

          Yep, looks like I got scammed, they took my $50 in trading fees but didn't give me the SOL, despite the fact that I completed the trades and it explicitly said "Claimed on 03/01 22:27" before the campaign ended. Good stuff

    sign up for their OKX email newsletter. In the app near campaigns. They should run a few more this year. Then also keep and eye out for Coinbase and Wallet tasks. These should be another $400 odd this year. Always check reddit for each quest, as they sometimes have minor glitches.
