    Thanks, bought a set to try out. Some supplements are easily destroyed by humidity, even with Moccona Coffee jars they still clump up. Hope this solves the problem.

            @ATTS: When I feel like it. But those supps are good on their own. Citrulline replaces water melons for example.

              @Alley Cat: I've played with these in Myer, I would describe them as suction sealed rather than air tight. I'm going for glass mason jars as well since OXO are plastic (albeit bpa free) and overall healthier to store ingestible food items in.

                @txb: I’ve been using drink bottles with wide neck to keep the powders airtight (Bickford’s). They work for a couple seasons then the moisture gets in. Maybe just need to tighten them once in a while. I think powders are usually safe with plastic bottles, unless moisture gets in and it might start to eat away at the plastic.

                @ATTS: No, I do fasted workouts and low carb as far as my gallbladder allows. Slow gains. I train for strengths, not muscle mass btw. If you are just starting, I suggest trying a few different protocols until you are able to integrate them into your normal life. Most important of all, don’t get yourself worked up about the numbers. If you have the Y chromosome, there’s very little to stop you from growing muscles. Enjoy the process, but don’t become it.

                    @ATTS: Like 2-3 minutes break between sets and only compound lifts/functional training. Think martial artists. Small footprints but quite lethal :)

                    Training for strength has a lot to do with the central nervous system, the ability to recruit existing muscles. You aren’t able to archive 100% efficiency when it comes to energy conversion using body parts, so you can move more weight by growing bigger muscles or be better at mobilising what you already have.

                    It took a while to get the mind-muscle connection for me, but once you are there, you will be able to sense what works for you. The XX chromosome body has advantage for this, but XY can generally get there with a bit of training. In proper martial arts school, the first three years are spent meditating and doing chores, for this very specific reason.

          They are reusable, you can recharge them in the microwave. They degrade slightly each recharge, but it won't be noticeable for this use-case. I use food-grade ones and just leave it in the scoop between openings.

              @Alley Cat: Noice! And one more factoid, it's about 2g of Silica to a Liter of volume of air (just the air, not the powder). Really not much. I just got a bunch of 10g bags and use them for everything.
