Are you playing it from the microSD? As it runs perfectly on mine. The loading screens are max 10 seconds.
This. A trip through Hogsmeade took forever, only because the loading screens in and out of each shop took what seemed like ages.
Just saw the other comment about running the game from the microSD - might try and move the game to the device and see if it makes a difference as I cannot remember if the loading screen was 10s or more.
