Hi all, I live in a rural town and need to order everything by post.
Can anyone recommend a decent good value study desk.
There are 100s on eBay from generic sellers, but no idea which is actually good quality.
Like this looks good in photos but may be awful in person, I have no idea.

I bought a Vasagle (great name) desk off Amazon a couple of years ago. Easy to put together, everything fit together properly, looks like the photo. The 110lbs weight limit (50kg) was a little worrying, but there's no flex or anything in it. I have a 38" monitor, heavy sit/stand monitor riser, couple of laptops/mini desktops on it and a pile of junk and it has never had an issue. I probably won't be sitting on it any time soon though.
Bought a filing cabinet as well to match, looks great, also works perfectly.

A few options on Amazon around $100. Vasagle, Zinus, etc. If you choose a simple desk, assemble should be straightforward.

Choose one from a seller that accepts returns. That way you can return it if it isn't suitable or what you thought it would be. You would have to pay for return postage though. Depends if taking the chance is worth the convenience to you in your situation.
