(NSW) List of Residential Strata Insurance Providers (Small Blocks)

Apart from CHU, what are other strata insurance providers especially ones who specialise for under 8 lot or semi's.

Recommendation of a broker would be great too.

While filling form on CHU, they mention following other companies:

For our 22 lot complex we used Austbrokers ABS Strata (absstrata.com.au).

They sought quotes from Axis, CHU, Flex, Hutch, ISStrata, Longitude, QUS, SCI, and SUU. Most of them were not competitive. The lowest quotes were from CHU, Longitude and HUTCH. The best quote was from HUTCH, which we selected.

They were very reasonable with their pricing for a duplex I once owned.

  Just curious how much is your premium for duplex? GIO went up from $2400 to $3200 this year with no prior claim history.
