Sadly emails to iCloud hosted mail accounts seem to have started failing again. It seems to happen every couple of weeks and I can only tell when I fail to receive emails from OZB.
Is there anything that you can do to stop Apple blocking your OzB email servers? Could it have something to do with your mail server settings and having setup correctly your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to authenticate your email?
Given the volume of emails you send I would imagine your email server settings have to be perfect not to be labelled as a spammer.
All done, for many years.
We have also been very rarely blocked by Gmail, one of the biggest email services. The issue with iCloud seems to be IP block related, as they have been asking for our service provider (BinaryLane) to contact them. It's possible that they would block the entire subnet if one IP is rogue. There's also no postmaster interface for us to check or validate our IP address.
