Is there an archive of newsletters? My Hotmail got full and stopped delivering the newsletters for the past couple days

Newsletters are generated on the fly, and might be different depending on the user preferences. Sorry we do not have an archive. It's a good idea to keep your hotmail cleaned up anyway.

  Not without database access unfortunately. I also assume "top" means must commented?

      Most commented from that previous 24 hours. As I've said, it's something that can be done only via database access and we don't provide an interface to help a user find out most commented forum posts from previous days.
