EDIT 01.01.25 - Price seems to have increased to $2 a box now

Some people reporting their local stores selling at 50c per box.

Possible discontinued stock? May 2025 expiry date so plenty of time to eat them.
Photo taken at Pacific Fair (QLD) store but clearance price is listed on website so seems nationwide

      Possibly! Although they cleared the Xbox BBQ Shapes at a similar (even cheaper) price and they tasted the same as the originals… Maybe a bit softer texture though?

      I like them. I think it’s a subtle taste of meat pie with maybe a hint of tomato sauce.

      Vegemite & Cheese > BBQ > Meat Pie

    Bought these a week ago, and to be honest they were pretty good. They taste like the chip version of a bad meat pie, complete with the kick of tomato sauce flavour.

    Not for everyone, the missus absolutely hated it. But she also hates meat pies.

    If these end up like the Oreo/Coke collaboration that sold terribly, won't be surprised to see them at 25c a packet in the near future.

    Another local Coles has put out a huge display of these which leads me to wonder… Why did Arnotts produce so many? So odd.
