If you have a Koala mattress and find the medium-firm option too firm, reach out to their support team via chat and mention you're considering returning the mattress for this reason. They’ll often offer a free mattress topper to resolve the issue!
Not sure how much this is worth but its delivered from Sydney in a large box and usually toppers are a couple of hundred at least.

At least they have better customer service than quokka.
A medium quokka latex mattress is nothing like other medium mattresses, quokka tell you to buy a soft topper for $690.
Same with ecosa, I returned it anyway. At the end of the day my body weight wasn’t enough to compress the springs, a topper isn’t going to change that.
I find it too soft, either its medium or firm… No difference for me, its pretty soft
