Is there a big name store that allows purchasing a gift card with another gift card (e.g. use Woolies gift card to pay for a Google Play store gc).
My ANZ credit card has lots of points but I can't redeem it for Google Play store gift cards!

It rather limited these days, especially at the supermarkets. If you're after Google Play cards you may be able to do it at an electrical retailer such as JB or Harvey Norman.
