    That's one ridiculous RRP!

Is it 6 packs of 6 varieties or just one 6 pack?

      "6 × 355-375ml tins"

So $140 is the RRP? How much is the hoodie!?

Say $30 bucks for the beer and $10 for the shipping that's one expensive hoodie!

Gonna neg this. This is NOT a bargain.

    Please try again…Much harder please.

Yeah it's a plain logo hoodie .. something you'd get free at a convention.

Saying it's worth $100 is pathetic.

    • Where did you get $140 from?

      • We recently updated the RRP, the discounted price remains the same for the code.

  • Nahhhhh not the beers

  • +1

Why is this so comically expensive for 6 beers? These arent even hard to find beers, that you can buy from Dan Murphy individually for much cheaper than $10 each.

I think you have been drinking too much of your own stock.

    Averaging $10 a can? Having a lend of themselves…
Not counting the hoodie as I wouldn't want to look like a total dropkick..

  • How did the amount saved go from $81 to $40?

    • Recent change in the RRP, the cost to customer using the code is the same. But may have also confused with the express shipping.
Selling at $59 we lose money based on the cost of the beers, the hoodie, and the gift box. The AusPost express shipping is $23.45 by itself.

        Recent change in the RRP

I don't think so, more likely a reaction to the comments.

        • Happy to confirm that it was based on feedback from here. The deal price and the cost still stand.

          • @wilkins25: So basically you've admitted to price jacking which is frowned upon here and I'm pretty sure against the law in Australia.

            • @WatchNerd: Nah setting their own RRP is not a breach of retail law. I remember the government removed this like a decade ago. There was the confusion at the time of 'how will the consumer know how much the f something is supposed to cost'?

Note the change in the 'msrp' is not the same as 'asking price'. In this deal the MSRP was changed, not the asking price.

              Well…here we are.

Consumers are smarter than you think.

      • The benefits you present (gifting, showing appreciation via a variety of beers, time saved not needing to shop, pack and post) does not warrant the price being asked.

If I was gifting beer for a mate…at this price I would just get my mate a gift card for Dan Murphy's of $59 and he can get himself A SLAB (that's 4 times the liquid gold) of the beer he likes! not a 6 pack of rando piss (sorry, to the respective grog makers, but it might as well be if my friend is already a drinker…s/he would already have their own favorites) +a mop for when he got too drunk.

You have to find a courier that can lower your cost of postage, maybe target a smaller area/city that can lower your shipping, less decorative (therefore cheaper) box, less frills and make your bundles more cost effective.

I will own up tho, maybe I am not your target customer…
