      I think you need to purchase from a device that supports running the game- on mobile I get the error- adding it to cart then checking out it provides more context about purchasing on a supported device

        Can confirm this seems to be the issue. I got the error using Firefox on Linux, but was able to get to the cart just fine after changing my user agent string to make it look like I was on a Windows device.

          It has nothing to do with that. Their cloudflare server which handles their check out got hammered.

          Just wait until it has settled and try again later.

        Tried on windows, mac and rolled the dice on my phone and they had the same result, so I don't "think" that's it.
        I would assume just server issues.

    If you add all the free DLC to the cart it'll seemingly bypasses the error during checkout.
    If that helps anyone.

      Mostly performance demands in splitting resources across 4 screens , and the increase in online multiplayer. I would love to have more games with split screen on PS5 and Xbox, even at the expense of reduction in fidelity by devs don't seem to agree.

          Can't refund, daughter was playing and it ticked 15 mins past the 2 hour play time :( knew should have taken her to bed earlier lol. Did submit a refund request in Support but looking at reddit seems i have no chance
