Looks to be an ATL, RRP $899 -41% with the boxing day sale.
Reviews seem to indicate this is still better than / just as good as the Dyson WashG1

My understanding is that a robovac that actually mops (rather than drag around a wet cloth) you are looking at >$1000 so I don't think it would be a good comparison. Robovacs may not suit every house either but interested to hear what you think an equivalent robovac would be?
robot? Roborock? I got the Roborock Flexi Lite from BF deal at the same price now. So far I am happy. I have no idea what customer service is like. I bought the Roborock one is because it is the cheapest one that has a drying function.
I have very recently had issues with my roborock dyad which is the last gen of flexi lite. It broke down literally a week after the 12 months warranty was over. Customer service was responsive but took no responsibility under the ACL, even got vic consumers involved and they didn't care. Wanted me to pay $400 for a repair, considering I only paid $240 for the cleaner itself. Ended up just dumping it and got a new dreeme due to its 24 months warranty.
$240 is a pretty good price. the price I can find online is $800

@RichardF89: These got discontinued a couple of what's ago so it's best to buy the new flexi range. $299
Dyad also had a few design flaws which I believe have been rectified now.
@abs898: I bought from Amazon, even it is from the Roborock store. amazon may help me if it is broken within 2 years.
Moved from robovac to something like this as we have pets. Robovac was just dragging a wet mop around while this rinses the roller continuously and vaccuns at the same time.
Plus much easier without worrying about robovac getting stuck on mixed flooring.
If you have clear floors all the time, and no random steps then robot could be considered. We got 2 kids so always have too much crap on the floors so our robot hasn't been used for like 2 years lol. With a stick mop I just shove the stuff out of the way 😂

lol I do the exact same thing!
These wet & dry cleaners have battery life that drained pretty fast due to the high power, I would recommend the corded version with steam $408

Yeah, it's an inconvenience, but it's reliable, self-cleaning, and has a hot temperature to prevent mould/smell, while this one requires manual washing.
That is another valid option - just remember you should not steam clean hardwood or engineered timber flooring
oh yeah, I checked. It should not be used on the wooden floors. but from tineco ads, the floor looks pretty wooden to me ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Yeah they might be hybrid vinyl or you can even get tiles with wooden texture now. I'm not sure if it actually will cause issues, but I wouldn't want to take the risk personally. Steam is a superior clean though if your floors can handle it.
My S5 steam died after about 13 months. It now trips the breaker every time it is turned on. The only appliance that does that in my house.
2 years warranty so maybe you can contact them?
Yes I will be
Personally wouldnt recommend Tineco products. They start off great and then go downhill fast. I've had one and about a year in, it wouldn't pick up long hair and the charger ports rusted over so it was a PITA to charge. If you search the vacuum subreddit, a lot of people have the same issue. All the screws on my tineco also rusted over, even though I take out the tanks after use. Seems kinda stupid for a device exposed to water.
Sold mine and got a Dreame H12 pro and it has the features of the S7 at half the price. Happy with it, apart from it not having an app that I can control the self cleaning from.
Looks like the Dreame H12 is $499 for those interested https://www.amazon.com.au/H12-Cordless-Self-Cleaning-Dual-Si…
Anyone knows if robot is that bad? Surely at that price, you would get a robot than this?
