Looking around it seems like a good price. Idk, will be determined by the amount of shade I do or do not get from this post.

These are long gone, no chance.
Can confirm in Sydney/CC, the stores showing 'low stock' I tried were all no stock.
I got 3 3-packs last week for $127 each.
If there is a stock in the country it costs $15 for them to post it to you. Go to the special orders counter and ask for the item and they will look up where it is, call them, and have them post it out.
Good score, congrats.
Went to the special order counter based on your tip - they tell me it’s entirely discontinued at Bunnings now. You’ve done very well.
I ended up up ordering 6 3-packs all for friends and family lol
are you sure they were the nest wifi pros and not the nest wifi? These have 6e
I have the model before these and love them!
This vs the Eero 6+ - Anyone have experience with the 2? I do like the 2.5 port in the Eero 6+. Both Wifi 6E
the eero 6+ isnt wifi 6E its wifi 6 with a wider band but it is more reliable in a mesh network then this one is. youll have a great experience if you get two of the eeros if you need more coverage but youll always be better off paying an electrician to come and install cabeling so they are linked via etherent rater then wifi if possible.
Can I use my current ISP WiFi modem+router as a separate network and this as a sub network to that? Main router for downstairs and nest pro for upstairs? I plan to connect only my office equipment to nest pro and rest of the home devices on main router. Would it cause delay (due to two NAT hops)
Sure can. Though you still need a ethernet cable from your modem to the Google mesh main unit.
got this a while back to replace a very problematic Google wifi (previous versions). Its fantastic and speed is brilliant. I have them all wired too so the speed is blazing. Havent had any dropouts yet (some people spoke of this). Also looked into Eero 6+ and it came down to price. After reading a bit i believe Eero is a bit more consistent in its wifi vs a bit more erratic with Google but nothing most people would notice.
Ended up going with 4 units for whole home coverage with a gigabit connection and wifi reports pretty consistent 800 to +900mb/s throughout the house.
Very happy with them.
Just picked up a three pack for $122 from bunnings
Can you share the Bunnings item number on your receipt to check stock, or the store you purchased from. Thanks
The store was hoppers Crossing, Vic.
Item number is 0529725
Thank you. None in SA unfortunately.
Because of this comment, I requested my cousin who was travelling from Melbourne to Sydney to stop in Albury as the youinstock site was displaying two units in stock there.
They had to turn the store upside down to find the final units but they got one for me at $122. Thanks dosada.
Go to the special orders counter in your local bunnings and will find the stock and have it posted to you. It doesn't matter where it is in the country.
Great upgrade from my netgear nighthawk.. just purchased a 3 pack off Facebook.. the lady had it up for 490, i sent her this link and she did it for 350 in true ozbargain fashion.. thanks
@jakeh87Does it work with any existing network in the house?
the price is good. Got one on fb marketplace for $130 a few weeks ago. But I really dont like how you cant separate 6ghz ssid, or at least turn on/off 2.4/5ghz.
some of my devices connect to 5ghz even though they have 6e, also even when i have WPA 3 enabled… it's very different to traditional routers where you have a bunch of settings so some people might not like it. All controlled from the google home app with very limited settings
Bunnnings cleared them for $50 each a few months ago, there may be still stores with 1-2 left
