Also got model above. Trying to find a good healthy base recipe and what settings. Want it bit "creamy" but mostly just flakey consistency.
Every review I see either runs it through twice. some also add additional milk/mylk when running the second time.
I use one scoop of protein powder and then fill the rest with almond milk. I find that the Barista level almond milk gives a better consistency.
I've also started adding a bit of vanilla instant pudding mix (a tablespoon or so) if I can spare the calories and that adds sweetness and gives it a little better consistency. I'll add this in before I do the re-spin, after using the lite ice-cream setting, with a splash more almond milk. Have heard you can add this in right from the start for good results also. Always re-spin with some more milk regardless though.
Got it from Good Guys for $180. I showed them the Harvey Norman listing and they beat it for me.
This model also does Frozen Yoghurt even though it doesn't have a specific setting so only advantage of deluxe is larger pint sizes and Slushi.Saying that the Slushi model is coming out in 2025 so if you love Slushi's better to get that version as it creates Slushi's on demand

Ive been known ro demolish a litre of Connoisseur in a sitting, so will have to wait for a deal on the Deluxe.
I was about to pull the trigger until I saw some of the improvements in the deluxe on yt. It has been cheaper previously and posted here in Ozbargain so it may be worthwhile (or not) to wait.
