Is the TCL 85C855 worth it over the TCL 85C755?

Wondering the value of the 85C855 over the 85C755.

Obviously, there are a few perfunctory differences, like the 855 having 64GB slightly better Wi-Fi & BT, and slightly better audio (although, does anyone actually expect much out of their TV speakers?!).

Really the differences are 800 zones & 1500 Nits on the 85C755, while the 85C855 has 2304 zones and 3500 Nits.

In my situation, it's a fairly bright room, that gets a lot of afternoon sun, so I feel like the extra brightness is important, our current TV the 65 or 55 C655 suffers from being overpowered by the afternoon sun.

Obviously, I'm going to wait for a deal on either, but as things stand it's about a 50% premium for the 85C855 over the 85C755.

  If on sale, we’re looking at around $500 difference between the two, so I prefer the C855. The stock is pretty limited though for 85 C855, most stores are quoting Jan or Feb delivery.

    98" C855 is rare at the moment as well. Listing has been gone from JB Hifi for a few weeks
