If in store then its called a split payment. Before trying to pay ensure that you tell the cashier that you will be making a split payment.
If online I think you are SOL.
In-store, yes. I did that about a month ago. As @AndyC1 said above, you need to tell the staff member you want to do split payments and you need to tell them the amount you want to redeem from each card.
Online, probably. You can redeem a maximum of 1x Officeworks / Coles Group & Myer gift card and 1x Celebration gift card in the same online transaction, except there is currently an issue with the Officeworks website where the website rejects prepaid Visa gift cards (including Ultimate gift cards and Celebration gift cards) if you are purchasing an item from the Technology category. I suspect their fraud detection tools used for this category are a little overzealous.
Over-the-phone at 1300 OFFICE, no. You can redeem a Celebration gift card to pay for a purchase over the phone, but I believe you cannot redeem an Officeworks / Coles Group & Myer gift card over the phone.
