      one for the dunny

  • Plasma Ion Technology

I'll wait for the OLED Ion technology.

  • I have instant brand air fryer and i feel the quality is so so…
Was expecting better as it is American brand…

    • American = good??

Good luck with your cars then 😆

      • Ever heard of the LS motor? 😂
Good is an understatement. Beats the shit out of anything Australian made, so much so they used it in Holdens LOL

        • "Australian made"; is that your standard of quality?? 🤣

        • TL;DR Off topic.

We got the detuned lower performance 5.7L version, mostly. 6L and later 6.3L were reserved for HSV and the last run of Commodores. Any profits went straight back to the US, plus the billions of dollars in tax subsidies.

I had a 5.7L and enjoyed it, but always thought we were the poor cousins to what the Americans got. We got the high price cars (higher than when they were exported to the US) and got the engines where all the R&D had already been amortised.

16-17L/100km around town. Still better than my Territory with the four speed gear box, which was 20L.

  • Plasma ion means it creates ozone and therefore is bad for you.

    • That's not exactly an accurate correlation. Many electrical devices create ozone. Plasma ion tech can create ozone but the level is most likely very low. The main issue would be that negative ions make dust particles stick to surfaces. Surfaces include your lung tissue. But Plasma ion tech generates both +ve and -ve ions, which cancel each other out near the outlet. Probably best to turn it off and avoid both issues.

      • How is ozone "bad for you"??

      • That's why I love to stand next to the laser printer when it's doing long runs, and breath in deeply. Just kidding, don't do that.

        • Yeah, strike that:

Although ozone may have beneficial uses, it’s also an air pollutant and shouldn’t be inhaled. As a result, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) advises against using ozone air purifiers.

  • CADR would most likely be under 100m3/h? Adequate at 6ACH for maybe for a room 3mx2m…

  • So on clearance. How much and what is the availability for the filters?
