  why when u can get creatine mono provened to work at a cheaper price?
  who ever said you needed to cycle it off? creatine doesn't even affect the adrenal glands.

    Creatine on itself even when micronised is not fully absorbed into the muscle easily. In this for where it is creatine hcl, it is absorbed 17x faster so there is hardly any free creatine to hoard water. This is also why there is no cylcing off it beacause otherwise excess can build up giving a bloated look. Not nice.

      i just said above u don't need to cycle any type of creatine. it is not a stimulant that affects the adrenal glands.

        It actually has 59x better solubility which amounts to absorption into the muscles and performance.

        Also drinking more water or not, creatine will hold more water in your body resulting in bloating making you look a bit less fit than you actually are. Again more expensive but the performance benefits of instant muscle foof are worth it if you ask me.

        I could tell everyone that adding dog pee into your pre-workout will give you 125x more better solubility of your creatine inside as well.

        haha, I cant believe people still believe all the "new improved" creatine mixtures / modifications. It has been proven time and time again Creatine monohydrate works and works fine, the others are not better, at best they are the same or sometimes worse as you get less creatine per weight as they mix it with other salts and products.
