If in Victoria you can accompany this with some chalk paint to write messages on the car about how you're paid peanuts

  • $84.15 posted for me, thanks for sharing.

    • Are you in NSW?
It is showing $12 delivery for QLD?

What is the range on this? That's the problem with EVs…
My lawnmower can go for hours on a single tank.

    • Yeah, I let my kids ride the petrol mower all the time

    • Over 9,000 Kiddometers.

  • Just wait until January, someone in your neigbourhood will have this on their nature strip in hard rubbish.

Its cheaper through novated leasing btw

  • How much km per charge with me and my 8 year old.

  • Escooter upgrade at least.

kids can issue tickets and make some pocket money

  • crazy how cheap these have come over the years, they were put of range when my kids were young

  • Tips-

Use a drill battery (any size). Works perfect.

I 3D printed an Ozito to Makita adapter, but just put tabs on the Makita side and plugged it in.

Can also 3D print the internal drive gears (in case you go with 2 x 18v batteries and ole uncle Roy gets in and flogs it - it has no clutch..just instant powaaaaaa).

In the back there is a wire that acts as an aerial. Either buy a solid rubber aerial from eBay for $2, or straighten out the internal aerial for at least 22cm.

Remote range greatly improved/ reduces RF interference from how they put the aerial wire near the motors.

Highly recommend when filling with beer and driving it around the golf course and making sure everyone stays "hydrated".

    • Do you need to convert 18v to 12v or directly use 18v from the drill battery

      • Direct mate. Just the higher the voltage, the faster it will get.

But kids necks get thrown with the instant torque…. Put the 56v Ego battery down!

Google 36v ride on car. Kid is a little drift champion.

        • Username checks out. Have looked at tuts on how to do this on and off. Most talk about using fuse taps and step downs otherwise the standard motors would get fried. Not your experience?

          • @ccrap: Nah, they have been flogged (kids and adults… sometimes both).
I just grabbed the cars from hard rubbish though. No shortage once the $2 SLA battery inside dies ..

  • $309.23 postage to WA :(

  • $84 shipped to VIC 3012 using code DCMBR15
