Activate from app and then buy the gift card before midnight AEDT today.

This promotion is open to members that receive an invitation email directly from Cashrewards and successfully activate the bonus offer using the Cashrewards account that corresponds to the email address that received the invitation ("Eligible Entrants"). To qualify for the $5 bonus, Eligible Entrants must first activate the offer, then purchase a gift card from Cashrewards Gift Cards store on Thursday, December 19 2024 between 8:00am - 11:59pm AEDT (“Promotional Period”) with a minimum face value of $50 (incl. GST) ("Qualifying Purchase").

A Qualifying Purchase excludes the purchase of gift cards directly from a merchant store. Bonus will be approved in the Eligible Entrant's Cashrewards account within 7 days of the associated Qualifying Purchase being approved.

Cashrewards Terms of Use https://www.cashrewards.com.au/terms-and-conditions apply to the use of the Cashrewards platform and any associated purchase.

Bonus is limited to one per Cashrewards account and is over and above the advertised store cashback rates which still apply to the transaction. Additional transactions do not qualify for additional bonuses. Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

      You can do a general search and filter on Gift Cards.

      I did this for 'ebay' and got nothing :(

      They do have some Ultimate cards, so check those.

      I know they used to have it via True Rewards Choice card, but not these days.

      I don't think so.

      I've been zooming in on all the ultimate card images and some other Him, Her cards, etc and can't see any eBay or Amazon logo on any of them.

      I think they were in the past, but not recently. You could check the table on a post like this to see what card has what stores.

          Well, this gift-card cashback is Cashrewards' way of "cheaply" collecting (and confirming) names, contact details and addresses.

          ( It was asking for my details, when I tried to buy the Amazon gift card just now )

        The terms and conditions only say you must be an ANZ customer. I have no idea how they determine this. They don't say anything about using an ANZ card.

          On the ANZ Circle page it says need to use an ANZ card but for Cashrewards refers to CR T&C's which dont specify.

    Got the email and was able to activate via browser.

    For some reason can't log in the app on new phone. Says incorrect email or password, despite being entered directly from password manager (have tried manually typing too) and working for browser.

      Android? I've had this issue for a few months now. Same username and password works on a browser (phone/computer) and also on the iOS app. I have given up.

        Yeh Android 14. I tried on my old phone (Android 12) and the log in is different, it uses my browser where as the new one was within the app still.
        First screenshot works, second doesn't so guessing yours looks like the second too?

        However, after taking those screenshots the thought occurred that maybe it was my ad blocker since certain CR things always act weird with ad blockers even on desktop.

        So I force stopped it, disabled my ad blocked wifi and used mobile data and the same browser login came up. Did the same again, but through ad blocked wifi again and browser still came up and was able to log in. So who knows.. but give it another go.
