I’ve posted this accessory a few times. Still the best rear screen mod for Teslas. All time low of $315.90 and they are throwing in a free frunk led which is very nice.

Here’s a photo of the frunk led on a Model Y I worked on.

The screen is a great little unit that can be installed in under 10 minutes and is a great way to breath new life into your Model 3 or Y to bring the interior design closer to Highland and Juniper. These units are extremely popular for good reason and I actually just installed one in a neighbor's car today

  • Unfortunately hotspot only internet on these devices. Can’t use premium connectivity. Let me know when this changes and I’ll pull the trigger.

    • I don't think that'll ever be possible.

      • Don’t see why Elon doesn’t release a software update that activates this for rear screens.

Because it's a non-official modification that might void your warranty. It wouldn't be in the company's best interest as it puts a toll on the network and can hinder future model 3 sales.

  • Do they make one for an MG4?

Having a Model 3 Highland with a rear screen, honestly it’s a useless gimmick, save your money. If you want to give your kids screens in the car, give them iPads. No unsafe stretching to reach, no eyestrain.

Tesla should have put the money and time towards a HUD for the driving and keeping the indicator stalks. Would have created far more sales than that pointless rear screen.

  • Ordered a dashboard display from these guys and it stopped working after 1 drive. Probably unlucky on my part, though it took a lot of follow-ups from me to their support for a resolution. They eventually made me send back the display and have just shipped out a replacement. Even though their warranty said broken parts don't need to be sent back, but fair enough if they wanted to verify my screen was actually broken I suppose?
