    here… a cheap deal

    $20 off isn't that cheap.

You didn't put it in the title of this deal so maybe you didn't notice that this is the Launchkey Mini 37 rather than the Launchkey 37?

    • i paid $339 so that's $110 off… in 2021..

If you paid $339 then you either got ripped off, or you didn't buy the Mini, which this deal is for.

Retail prices for them in Australia:

        Launchkey 37 = $339

        Launchkey Mini 37 = $239

mate in 2021 i search for the lowest price and got it for $339… they were selling for way higher everywhere else..

          • @ilove: US$239.99 retail

@ilove: A 37 key version of the Launchkey Mini didn't even exist until August this year so I'm really struggling to understand how you could have possibly bought one in 2021.

Perhaps read over my original comment again and consider that maybe you made a mistake in not realising that the deal you posted is for a Mini.

You didn't put it in the title of this deal so maybe you didn't notice that this is the Launchkey Mini 37 rather than the Launchkey 37?

For reference, below is the Launchkey 37 from the same store on sale for $319 (normally $339)

If you bought in 2021 then you would likely have bought the MK3 version of that.

@ilove: Have an upvote for admitting it.

                Good person, you.

  • Just got it, what's a good audio interface to use with it?

Tried this and own the 49 Key MK3. Options with MIDI DIN ports seem very limited in this size/price range.
Action and velocity control is okay, quite firm and took getting used to but not cheap and nasty.
Build quality also seems just okay, would absolutely want a case if moving around at all. Looks much sleeker than other brands in the price range though.
Setup and integration was incredibly easy (MIDI control + Ableton). Could guess most everything and found plenty of online resources for the rest.
Very specific (non)complaint, but there's zero integration with Arturia hardware sequencers and using it as a standard MIDI keyboard for that purpose is sadly lacking.

Really like it overall, best I could find with discrete MIDI out for the money.

  • I am currently looking at the Yamaha PSR-EW 425, and I'm wondering if anyone knows if there might be some music sales coming up in the near future (like maybe boxing day etc) ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, cheers 🍻
