    I think Oreo's are overrated.

    • +7

They were perfect for $1 a roll. Anything more is too much.

  • +2

    Participating stores only, -.-

    • +3

Their insta doesn't even specify which stores are participating. Probably deliberate to get you in and buy something anyway.

    • +4

They should clarify which stores are participating, but I took the last line to mean everywhere but the Flinders St store and petrol/convenience outlets.

    • +2

It's every store except the below.

      My email says the following

*T&Cs: In-store only. Free loaded donut flavours are pre-selected and cannot be customised or changed. Limit 1 per customer. Excludes petrol & convenience outlets & Flinders St store

I don't know why OP's email says "Participating stores only". Maybe they noticed it was wrong in the initial email send and fixed it.

    • Heard via my local (regional Vic) they were preparing 100x for distribution, not sure if that applies to all other stores.

Is this what Teflon Dan quit to do?

One free donut… woah look out, there goes everyone’s self-control. Mate your body must be a temple that’s all I can say!

      • -8

Why eat it in the first place, what purpose is it genuinely serving other than your sugar addiction?

        • +6

Live a little. Not everything has to serve a purpose

@Benjamin7711: How is it living by eating a doughnut?

            • +6

@MEGASERVE: How is it living by berating people on ozbargain for eating a free donut?

              • -4

                @bennybaubles: Who said it was?

                • -4

@MEGASERVE: The fact is that its incredibly bad for you, but its free so its okay?

                  • +4

@MEGASERVE: Yes it is perfectly fine in moderation. It’s 1 donut!
                    Anyway I’m out.

@bennybaubles: Don't pay any attention. He always tries to lecture people on OzB about food. All the while buying Whiskey just a few days ago from Amazon.

                      • -3

@Lucille Bluth: Whiskey for my peers at work, unfortunately they're okay with poison gifts

                    • -1

@bennybaubles: Okay so according to your logic a little bit of meth in moderation is fine too?

                      • @MEGASERVE: You must be a hoot at parties!!

And does your nic refer to your food serving sizes or the fact that you like to serve up witty commentary?

                      • -1

@MEGASERVE: Actually yes.. a little bit of meth or cocaine is a great idea.

    • Donuts are unhealthy? Shocking.

Golden hour for crime, there will be no cops available

  • Yum getting closer to DIABETES and then I can get OZempic - yeah :)) ….Cartman

    • yeah but if people like it you can't stop them from eating it. Even it if is bad for you. Most people know this, they just don't care.

  • These donuts were good for about a week when they came out. Then they became crap.

Literally enjoy eating a donut king donut these days compared to this rubbish

  • Anybody get one? how was it?

    • No idea, sold out by the time i was passing by this arvo. Looked like families were getting one per person so I'm sure their kids enjoyed it.

    • It's just a donut with ice cream. Nothing special. Prefer their regular donut offerings. Ok for free but certainly not the asking price of 7.50
