[PC, Steam] MiSide $19.75 (10% off) @ Steam

51

Store Description: Let's imagine that you have a game in which you care for a character. But could you imagine one day getting into that game yourself?

I don't want to risk spoilers. I just finished this in one sitting (about 6 hours for me, most people will probably do it in less than that) and it is fantastic.

"Every day, you will come to see me, help me with chores, cook for me, and buy me gifts."

    How bout no?

    • Is it a game for training simps?

No actually I think it's a horror game. Looks quite interesting actually.

10% off? What is this, a discount for ants?!

    • It's an initial release discount for a new game.

Man, it's just a small discount, there's no need to post it and waste everyone's time

  • Putting aside the somewhat underwhelming 10% off launch discount (the 25% off via GMG is much better), the game itself has a pretty bonkers 98% positive out of 9,221 current Steam reviews.

At least from watching a few streamers playing it, it's a ridiculously well polished indie game, not just some walking sim.

Well I just wanted to give the game some love since I enjoyed it so much and I was concerned that it might just be overlooked. I could have said more in my post but there are enough spoilers around for it already. It certanly is the best crafted story I've played through this year.

Anyway, turns out it probably didn't need my help. It's number 16 on the current steam sales charts and has thousands of concurrent players. Well done to the devs.

Whether it's a big discount or not, I don't care because it still counts as a deal. For the most part anybody complaining about 10% is probably not going to get the game anyway. If I raised some awareness that's enough. I'm tired of the slop that gets the all the attention these days and also seeing great indy games fade into obscurity in a crowded market.
