HTC Cha Cha Delete Vodafone bloatware?

got a few of these phones they are unlocked but all the vodaphone bloatware programs are all on there and cant just uninstall them

is there a way to delete all these programs off the phone ?

Install stock roms for the phone, head over to XDA Developers and go from there

    There should be links to root the device, installing the bootloaders and flash alternate ROMs.
