Stores been around a long time. Used them once or twice with no issue.

To me it’s just a question on whether you want a box damaged / opened console. I’d be OK with it generally.

Box crushed - you will not know if unit is damaged until you open box. What is the return policy?

DigiDirect is legit, I've purchased from them before. Also, "It has a 1-Year Sony New Warranty"… so yeah I don't think you can go wrong tbh.
