Having Issues with Turgames Apple Gift Cards Purchase

I've tried purchasing some turkish apple gift cards from Turgames to pay for youtube premium.

Prior couple of purchases have been fine without issues, but the most recent one for ~$45 hit a hiccup, needing to be verified by 'trust swiftly'. It requires uploading an identity document, selfie and bank receipt. I'm a little dubious about sharing a copy of my drivers license to some random site, so I messaged support for a refund, as I do not have want to share those documents.

They said it would be refunded in 1-10 days, it have now been over 2 weeks and I have not seen the refund to my credit card account.
I have messaged them two days ago that I still have not received the refund, but there has been no response.

I would like to continue getting turkish apple gift cards for youtube premium, are there any other sites that I can get them from? Is there a better option to select when ordering the turkish gift cards when using Turgames?

And what do you think I should about the turgame situation?
1. Just upload the documents, hope it all goes through?
2. send another support ticket about getting the refund
3. File a credit card dispute (keeping in mind that I would still like to continue purchasing Turkish Apple Gift cards)

    Ran into this in November, the verification link doesn’t even work. I just wrote to them saying I’ve purchased with them repeatedly before and the code suddenly came through. Never got a response for my ticket so no idea…

    I am trying to get a Netflix one atm and will see how it goes. Are there alternatives to turgame?
