Looking for the Viral Dubai Pistachio Chocolate Bar from a Dessert Store

My niece really wants to try the 'viral duabi pisatchio chocolate bar' and it does look good.

There's a few stores that offer it here and i'm thinking of buying from honeys dessert co - has anyone bought from them? Or tried their pistachio bar specifically?

What annoyed me early on was the fact there is no weight. It's a bit hard to get a sense of scale. It's 20 bux for what is basically a thicker chocolate bar filled with.. stuff.

One concern is it's hard to find actual reviews and not just ads. I don't use tiktok but most posts when I search are just showcasing the product.

I'm not against buying once to try. It's expensive but it's christmas so i'll probably end up doing that.

Would still like to hear from others about their experience with this store or similar stores.

Tangentially related - i've also heard about noia and hunted+gathered, both processing and manufacturing the chocolate locally here in australia. Anyone tried?

These two seem much better established with plenty of reviews. Just haven't felt like premium chocolate yet.

Wife impulse bought one from a random petrol station out in SW Sydney. Not worth it.

  • Just get a Mars bar and stuff it with pistachios after a few seconds zap in microwave.

    • Lol, it won't taste the same. It all depends on what chocolate you use. Patchi tastes the best. Also consistency of pistachio paste made at home is much more flavourful than what you get at shops. So I'll reckon try to make few, you'll get there.

  • There's a new chocolate shop in Five Dock that makes it.

  • We got few bars from Dubai, fix and noon (vocca) they were amazing. We tried few times till we got to perfect. We do make kunafa at home so it was easy for us to perfect it. Which state are you based in. We can make you some.

    • That's generous but it's ok. Ended up not buying anything and saving my money.

  • Didn't end up ordering. I emailed the company to see when they close and how they deal with shipping in this heat. Didn't get a response, which seems typical of most aussie businesses.

Their site has no closing date and the website just says they're closing "soon".
