Got Some Bills Coming up. Ways to Knock Some Cash off?

I've got some unavoidable bills coming up by EOM and looking for some options to knock some money off.

The bills will be about $1,500:
~$900 for work registrations
$324 for rego
~$250 for CTP

I'm thinking this card deal with NAB will be the best option. 18% off.

Are there any better options out there? I'm not into gaming points systems currently and definitely won't be flying anywhere.

    For that much amount, can't you just borrow some money from family member ?

      Not everyone has family, let alone family who can loan $1500.

      I can afford to pay it, but I wouldn't be a very good Ozbargainer if I didn't look around, now would I?

      Nope, $1,500. I have no problem affording it, but since I started Ozbargaining hard again back in March I've gotten used to a certain level of discounts…
