Anyone found a way to get a Nigeria bank account?

After INR and TR increased a lot, the Nigeria become the cheapest option. The problem is set up the payment. I did not see any website can buy apple Nigeria gift cards. I did some research at my end. Apple Nigeria will need a APP called Chipper Cash.

Anyone has idea how to set up a Nigeria bank account? If I check Nigeria price, they are also the cheapest for Xbox, Netflix, Spotify etc

  I would also like to know how to setup a Nigerian bank account so I can transfer my inheritance of $12,000,000 from the passing away of Prince Mumba Jumba.
