I just created a Ubisoft account to play this game for free weekend. It's a free game for the weekend and it's something to do that is free.

"The free version of Rainbow Six Siege offers access to all maps and modes, giving you the full Siege experience over the Free Week."

You can access the Free Week during the following times for each platform:

• PC: December 5th, 4PM UTC to December 12th, 12PM UTC. Pre-load starts on December 3rd, 4PM UTC.
• PS4 & PS5: December 5th, 5PM UTC to December 12th, 12PM UTC. Pre-load starts on December 3rd, 4PM UTC.
• Xbox: December 5th, 5PM UTC to December 12th, 6:59AM UTC. Xbox Live Gold Subscription required. There will be no pre-load on Xbox consoles.

How to Access the free week

PC: Click on the PC link above or go to your Ubisoft Connect Launcher.

PLAYSTATION 4: Find the game on the PSN Store or click the link above, and click on the ""Try free Demo"" button located next to ""Add to Cart"" button.

PLAYSTATION 5: Find the game on the PSN Store and click on the three dots button next to ""Add to Cart"" button. Then, you can select “PS4 | Full | Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege” to access the PS4 store, where you will be able to download the free week version of the game.

XBOX: Click on the Xbox link above or check your Games with Gold section.

If you like the game and want to keep playing after the Free Week period is over, your progress will carry over to the full game if you purchase.

Rainbow Six Siege is available at up to 67% off across all platforms for a limited time! Please check your favorite store to see the available discount.

All of your progress and Operators will carry over if you decide to upgrade to the full game.

      I think he meant that there might be an increase in people using cheats that week.

      Every single time there is a free week there is an influx of hackers because the accounts are just throw away, they blatantly cheat with no real care for other players to see where their cheats get flagged. Aim bots, spin bots, flying, walls, you name it and you’ll see it during a free week at a reasonable rank

        Ah ok understood.
        EDIT: I never bothered to do that stuff with video games. I would rather play it legitimately if it's going online and using my nickname or whatnot.
