How do you bait and switch a lego set?
I think they're more referring to the extremely low stock levels that many Lego sales from bricks-and-mortar retailers often have (BigW/Kmart/Target/Myer/DJ). The other common issue is these vendors cancelling people's orders even though they were placed when an item apparently showed as in-stock. In general, their inventory systems seem to really struggle with stock reporting online and stock allocation for very in-demand products.
It's not limited to them, Amazon is guilty of the same problem but historically BigW/Kmart/Target have been quite notorious for it, if you've followed Lego deals on here for a long time.

Even better with a further cashback earlier in the day shopback plus 21% (now i think its 11%) and westpac 2% brings it pretty close to $100. To think LEGO certified stores sell it for RRP of $229!
