      I don’t know with this model specifically, but every cheap unit I have ever used this function on has been “ordered” - the tunes always play in the same order.
      I guess that might be useful for some corporate “Cole’s radio” type setup, but true random would surely be better for every consumer.

      I've got two, they're great. battery seems to last. since I don't have Bluetooth in the car, I use it for music & phone calls….it fits nicely in the fuel gauge slot.

    these things are great, picked one up in a work trivia. Saw "nokia" so gave it to my toddler as a wiggles playing beater speaker. thing gets dropped harder than Leonardo Dicaprios GF on her 26th birthday - built pretty tough . Great quality and volume sound too - have used it in the backyard with drinks heaps.

    Got this last time, well the wife did.

    Maybe got a dud.

    My device shows they pair to it - iPad / iPhone.

    I press play and sound output lasts one second.

    Have reset the speaker, forget device on phone etc.

    Re-pair and still the same.

    My partner received one with her phone. After a year or so I started using it. I use it every day now, but not with the phone. I usually listen to a youtube video while I'm taking a nap. I connect it to the firestick. I've also use it in the bathroom while showering. Battery goes for ages.
