What? HL2 was free a week ago.

This game on the other hand, I can see why it would leave a bad impression.

Steam doesn’t give these away, it’s the developers who do

Yes we all know Steam has never been as generous as Epic.

    Mostly negative recent reviews.

That’s subjective. Not worth the neg. Otherwise, give us something else free

I've considered posting stuff like this a few times, but at best it's junk which will fill up your Steam library list & people's ozbargain page. At worst it's an easy way to get people to install keyloggers etc.

There are lots of free games on Steam and a lot of them are pretty good.

Just because a priced junk becomes free doesn’t make it a bargain that’s worth posting, nor your attention or time.

Yet another game of this style. There's a reason that basically the whole indie scene in this genre is free.

I do appreciate the Op's posts though

      Either way it’s shit.

  • free is free, but what's with the recent influx of multiplayer horror games? i can't imagine the TAM for this is like, more than 50 people?

It's for game streamers like videogamedunkey. I think people are rapidly producing simple streamable games then throwing it out there and hoping their game is the one that takes off.
