Didn't receive the bonus cashback when they did the similar offer a few weeks back, despite paying with a linked St George card
DM gotyourback….also, some of these deals have "limited redemptions". I think a similar thing happened the other day with the bonus Coles gift cards deal with westpac….some did it just after 10 or something and redemptions must have run out for the bonus as they didn't get it, plus it disappeared from the app. I got mine, but I did at least an hour earlier than that.
Took a chance, and got a gift card, no tracking of the extra bank cashback, 30mins in though. I'll give it a day.
My bonus came though about 20 minutes or so after the initial Cashback came. Used my BoM debit card.

Despite Shop Back making it almost impossible to speak to a human (!), after much effort I’ve lodged a ticket with them.
Never had an issue. Bought 300. Normal cashback tracked right away. Bonus 5%($15) tracked after 1h15m.
Buy $500 for Max $25 cap cashback if buying wish/woolies.

Standard cashback email received 2 min after confirmation email and Bonus 5% email 17 min after confirmation email.
As per last couple of comments. No issues here, using BoM Visa Debit.
Bought $300 Wish GC last night, base CB tracked instantly at 9.29pm ($4.50) and B-Bonus at 9.44pm ($15).

"6% BIG W/Dan Murphy's" in the title "2.5% standard cashback for BIG W, Dan Murphy's and BWS" in the body ..what am I missing here ? Is it 6% for BSA,BoM,StG cards and 2.5% for everyone else? The link you have posted has no details so I thought I'll ask
