Apple Watch Ultra 2 49mm GPS + Cellular Titanium Case w/ Orange/Beige Trail Loop (S/M)

Only available in orange colour band and S/M size. But it seems the best price around. Bigw also has one discounted but with S size band which is probably a bit small.

can something be more expensive than a apple iphone? you bet!

  • Waiting for Refurb deal on gen 1, don't think gen 2 has big difference

    • There has been on eBay lately. Refurbs for $530 ish with that 22% eBay plus code

      • How did I miss it 😔

  • I’d buy ultra 1 of it was available. It much difference as you said. I’m also looking at watch 10 but titanium version is almost same price as ultra 2 and has cellular which I don’t need.

I bought the first version for the 3 day battery life. Like all Apple products (maybe all lithium stuff) that soon shrinks to half that no matter how carefully you treat it.

    • @wfdTamar: Great to see some sensible comments here. I only wish people would apply the same level of logic when it comes to electric vehicles.

      • Hmm EVs definitely don't degrade as much as a mobile phone or an Apple Watch. They tend to have BMS which optimises temperature, and also software limiting charge levels/speeds, etc helps longevity. My 6 year old Tesla lost around 10% in the first year of use, but then only 5% over the next 5 years of use. Whereas an iPhone even babied through with 80% charge limits will lose more than that within 1-2 years (and I don't even leave my iphone in the sun all day while I am at work).
Anyway, unless you drive a Nissan Leaf, you can't apply the same logic to electric vehicles.

    • 15PM at 89% after 1yr. Not a power user at all and feels much more buggy than my partners base 15

Remortgaged the house for this, cheers

At least you can keep track of the remaining mortgage period (30 years) with the new watch

        Good point, worth.

What are the benefits of purchasing this compared to, say, a train, which I could also afford?
