Amaysim to Optus possible?

Is going from Amaysim to Optus easy or do I have to go to a different network first?

I’m currently on eSIM and will be churning to regular sim.

I usually try to port to a different network to avoid any possible issues but others will tell you it's fine.

Not sure if the process differs for esim but I did port from Amaysim to Optus, the only catch is you can't do it through their website, you need to call/message their customer service for the port to go through.

I did optus post paid to amaysim to optus prepaid no problems at all.

All physical sims.

Works fine, I usually swap yearly between the two.
