      My local kmart for a while resorted to individually locking up Pokémon packs in individual lock boxes like what some places used to do for cd, dvd and games.

        My local Kmart had them hanging in the toy section where you would see a bunch of empty packets littered all over the floor. Now it's move to behind the lay-by/customer service desk.

    It's because they don't have large stock of them sitting there.
    My local coles puts out 4 at a time like once a week or two.
