I was looking to buy some oodies for XMAS as a present, On there website it states that you get 15% off your first purchase when you download the app but it does not seem to be applying? That is fine and i have contacted their customer support but their current response time is 8 Days!
Is there any alternatives to the Oodie in Australia that you recommend? For 9 and 13 year old girls.

We've got a couple of Oodie branded ones, and a couple of cheaper ones, and there is a big difference between them. The proper oodies, the material is actually thick, whereas the cheaper ones is quite thin

dodgy thing is sometimes those welcome codes do not work with current promotion and only on full price items.

That’s probably what’s happening cause they are on sale the ones we were looking at.
Assuming you’re not getting the plain ish ones it’s probably better to just get the oodies.
FWIW I got some auselect ones from Amazon , and some cottonon ones and we also have some legit oodies and they’re pretty much much of a muchness unless you want it for the licensed designs
