Kogan are having an 'End of the world' sale.
Some good stuff like the drill and the telescope which I saw for $150 elsewhere

but it is not the victorinox version, most likely some cheap knockoffs.
End of world? Then sale for what, should just offer ozbargains for free, or pay us to buy, no more matters after EOW anyway :-)
is the world going to end this friday?
only if you believe in palindromes
or if you believe Julia Gillard.
End of world?
They probably heard that I would only buy from Kogan when the world ends…
jv do you go by the name mitch01 on OCAU?
doxed
Estimated delivery date: After end of world. lol
(If the world not ended, please keep waiting; If the world ended…they will lost your order..)
"End of world" ??
If they are so serious why sell or buy ?
Because you won't need it !!
haha
Keen on the 32gb but it's a knock off not a Victorinox isn't it? Logo's missing from the product shot along with the tweezers? No brand just use of "Swiss Army"?
I agree it looks like a knockoff. Victorinox swiss army knives have a lifetime warranty - this one has a 1 year warranty. I wouldn't buy it.
(I voted + because I think the drill is a decent deal - actually I thought it was a branded drill, but it's generic. I might change my vote :) )
20V Li-ion lol, no such thing. Its 18V nominal, 21.0V when fully charged. They should have said 21V, its one more higher lol.
Huh? Does that mean DeWalt also lies with their 20V Li-Ion?

Highly doubt that DeWalt lies since they are such a highly reputable company for making these sort of things.
Did you even read the comments section on your own links? Basically yes, they are lying/being economical with the truth.
A Li-ion cell is rated 3.6V. No more, no less. It charges to around 4.2V max, and discharges to 3.0V max. They are usually run well within those max limits to increase lifetime and increase safety.
5 Li-ion cells in series are rated 18V. So unless DeWalt are somehow putting in 5.5 cells, <hint - impossible>, this is simply a marketing trick to make you think you are getting a better tool than the proper 18V rating that it really is.
I guess they aren't highly reputable anymore huh.
So if the world does not end, do i get a refund?
You get to survive, seems fair to me. bahaha
Is it free shipping on everything or just select items?
No free postage on the Kogan Mobile Sim.
The 32GB Swiss Army Knife looks cool :P
