Not an all time low, but as someone who's been lurking trying to find the cheapest price to price match at jbhifi and cash in on jbhifi gift cards, this proved to be very helpful.
Hope someone else benefits from it too.

Price match only…though I didn't ask for a price beat.
Hmm thats surprising as I had the opposite experience - and was going to state do not even waste your time trying to get JB to match TGG - just spoke for 20mins with the LIVE CHAT, flat out refused to match - had zero interest in any receipts saying they only match a live, verifiable advertised deal. Tried to engage him on why they simply couldn't match a sub-division of theirs (TGG being owned by JB) on a price from 2 days ago - zero explanation or effort. Utterly frustrating.
Would just wait till boxing day at this point.
Jbhifi have it on backorder anyway, so won't ship till 6 Jan.
GG the same, at least for 85"
98" C855 has disappeared from JB, they can't even order it.
I have paid $1700 with free delivery TGG.
great
Commercial?
A few of us were able to get this for $1725 with free delivery during and after Black Friday weekend from TGG. You might still be able to ask for this price showing one of the receipts from the below thread. Although, it will be on backorder based on recent comments.

I got mine delivered yesterday and loving it so far.
Man I ordered mine Friday morning and the status is still "awaiting picking". Really hoping it comes before Christmas. No update from good guys at all
Tried this just now and I was told that was a black friday deal, they had no stock and could no longer honour it 😭
HODL

Any deal on the 85inch?
Also keen on an 85" deal
me 4!
And my sword!
Hey guys, I'm a bit of a N00b when it comes to the tech out there these days, but am thinking of getting this TV / the 85" for gaming on the PS5.
From what i understand, this has a good Variable refresh rate - 4K@144Hz, supports HDMI 2.1, and gets bright enough.
Is there anything else you guys would consider for this usage?
Lots of free time
No, it's my "budget" pick. The brightness and motion clarity on it is phenomenal, quantum leap ahead of TCL's range, even in the previous year. The blacks are inky deep and there's almost zero blooming that most other mini-led (and last gen) panels suffered from around subtitles etc. The motion in this panel is also a leap ahead of previous gens TCL offerings.
I previously had a ~$5k 1st gen Sony OLED (and sent it back), the new gen OLEDs are also generational leaps ahead in brightness but still can't hold a candle to these (pun intended), and you can't justify the price difference.
Cave dwelling stats nerds will blatantly, outright lie to you pretending the 1% momentary high figure of oled brightness is any comparison to the 100% sustained coverage figures of these panels, or tell you that "you don't need that much brightness", or that you must enjoy every movie the wAY the DiReCtoR intenDed, while ignoring the fact that said directors are using $20k, mini led, HDR panels to watch content on set, and some of us want to be able to watch content before 9pm in summer with a window open.
They can have their "perfect" blacks, I'll enjoy the full orgasmic, saturated, admittedly blown out color spectrum, any time of day or night, becuase that's what most people prefer. Especially for games! Formula 1 in 4k looks orgasmic on this thing. With no burn in.
Go find a shop with one on demo. It's on par with anything else in the store. See for yourself.
You got me at Orgasmic.
Thanks Ademos, that is a great response. I'll see if I can find a store with one on demo. Thanks!
This. Did a whole bunch of research and this summarises everything I've learnt. It's the best bang for your buck TV that's competes with better quality displays. Had a look in store and couldn't agree more.
Are any of these TCL and Hisense TV's any good ?
Both TCL and Hisense make solid TVs, and which one is 'better' really depends on what you're after!
TCL is known for great value, especially with their higher-end models like QLED and Mini LED TVs. They're great for vibrant colours and sharp details.
Hisense tends to offer slightly more budget-friendly options with features like Dolby Atmos for sound and a solid Android TV interface for smart features.
Both brands deliver good picture quality for the price, but the specific model makes a big difference. If you're comparing, think about what’s important to you - like gaming, streaming, or just watching movies - and maybe check them out in person to see which feels right for you. Happy to help with specific model comparisons if you'd like more detail. Always here to help!
Thanks, im looking at stacking aganist the Sony A Series or the LG OLED's
Great choices! The Sony A Series and LG OLEDs are both fantastic TVs, especially if you're after exceptional picture quality. Sony excels with its processing power for realistic colours and motion, while LG's OLEDs offer unbeatable contrast and deep blacks, especially for movie lovers and gamers.
If you're comparing with TCL or Hisense, they’ll offer great value for the price, but the premium OLED experience is hard to beat. Let us know if you'd like any advice or have questions about specific models!
@Videopro: Cheers

I'm in WA so presumably JB won't price match as these guys don't ship to WA.
Have a chat to the rep. I got it for $1899 during BF weekend
What is your postcode?
Oh yes!! A nice reminder for me to redeem some vouchers before Christmas. I'm a sucker for a voucher haul!!
@Videopro - do you ship to Hobart Tasmania?
We can absolutely ship to Hobart! Due to the location and the size of the carton, we generally provide a tailored quote to include appropriate carrier costs and insurance for safe delivery. If you'd like, feel free to chat with our team on the website - they'll be happy to assist with a quote and any other questions you might have! Otherwise, we can assist here, however, we do generally need a precise address for an accurate quote.
Showing $2,390 for me. Did I just save 100% again?
Seems you saved 100% again!!! The initial deal at $1,995 has ended, and most TV sale prices from all suppliers wrapped up yesterday.
Did JB match or beat the price?
