    OK I have it now. Instead of going to "Earn" (where it won't be listed), go back to the Home tab, search for eBay store and click it, then scroll to the "Challenges" section, one of which will be this one.

    Search eBay and from the store page (on Shopback) there should be a link to it in the "Challenges" section.

      It mustn't have been active this morning when I looked, but it's now available under the Earn more tab: Limited time challenges
