Ultimate Home Gift Card in Apple Wallet

I have 2 Ultimate Gift Cards in my Apple Wallet worth up to $500 (I remember using them at some point)

I don't remember how I added them there and how much balance is left.

I want to use them online. I remember I had used them before but I am not able to remember how I found the Card number / pin etc.

Is there anywhere I log in to get those details?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

  • Depends on how you bought them.

If they were a physical card, you'd manually add the card number (which is on the physical card) + the CVC (which is also on the card on a scratch off panel with the PIN).

    There will also be a PCN number which you can go to here to check for balance;
    https://www.ultimategiftcards.com.au/check-balance/

And on there, it will give you the expiry date of the card which you need to add it to the wallet.

For the ones Online, you should get an email that directly link to an eGift Card page and will have all the information you require listed above to add it as digital payment, and it should also have the PCN number to check for balance.

  • Thanks for your reply. I definitely bought it online. Any clues what to search for in my inbox? Obvious ones like "Ultimate Gift Cards", "PCN" are not giving right results (either too many or incorrect).

    • I've only had Amazon ones in the past, it was titled - "xx Sent You a Gift Card for Ultimate"

WookieMonster below is the master of gift cards, I'd look into that, hope you manage to sort it out!

  • The online portal you purchased it from may still have records of your purchases. For example:

    • If you purchased the Ultimate gift card from Giftz.com.au or HCF Thank You, that will tell you both the details of the order, as well as a link to obtain your gift card's details.

    • If it was from Amazon AU, that will only tell you the details of the order. There is no way to obtain the link for your gift card's details.

    • If it was from giftcards.com.au, you will have problems with this approach, because there is no account to log in to fetch the order details.

In terms of what to search for in your email mailbox, what other phrases have you tried? For example, in my experience:

    • If you bought the gift card from Giftz, you probably would not have been sent an email with the link to the gift card in the first place, so searching for "Giftz" may not turn up any relevant.

    • If it was from Amazon AU, try searching for "Amazon Ultimate gift card". I did that in my emails, and it returned results of the Ultimate gift cards I bought in 2023 from Amazon AU.

    • If it was from giftcards.com.au, searching for "giftcards.com.au" should be enough.

Searching for "PCN" would probably not work, because (in my experience) PCN is only ever mentioned on the gift card webpage you open from your email. You also cannot use the PCN for a digital Ultimate gift card to access the balance on myprepaidcentre.com.au. You instead need the the 16 digit card number, expiry date and CVV2 to view the balance on cardbalance.com.au.

  • Thanks much, mate; I tried a few things and found them!
